Supporting Neurodivergent Children & Families with Care and Understanding

Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with unique challenges. The meltdowns, school struggles, and constant advocacy can feel overwhelming, leaving you exhausted and unsure how to help. You want to support your child, but sometimes it feels like nothing is working.

I’m Kassandra Smalley, RP (Qualifying) and Child and Youth Care Practitioner, and I specialize in working with children and individuals with ADHD and autism, as well as supporting parents through the challenges that come with raising a neurodivergent child. Using a child-centered, strengths-based approach, I help kids develop emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence, while providing parents with practical tools and guidance to create a calmer, more connected home.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll build a plan that works for your child—and for you. Let’s create a path toward understanding, balance, and growth.
